Shipping

All purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) or sooner.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, unclaimed/refused packages or incorrectly supplied addresses. Please contact your local post office regarding these issues. You may track your package using the given tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. At this time Parler Mode only ships in the United States ONLY.

If ordering through the holiday’s there will most likely be a delay in shipping. Therefore you should add a 1-3 day window to your shipping day. Please also understand because of the Covid-19 crisis shipping companies are still experiencing delays. We appreciate your patience and business through these uncertain times.

Returns

Parler Mode will accept returns for store credit only. In order for us to accept, here is what you need to know.

1. If you would like to exchange an item you must first return the original item and then place a new order the correct size.

2. Please mail back with tracking number within 3 days to receive store credit.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. We inspect all items before shipping and know when items are not in the same condition.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, pet hair, free of stains, and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Parler Mode.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Parler Mode inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

7. All sale items are final sale. 

8. Absolutely no exchanges on final sale items. 

Please be sure to include your package slip that includes your order number. Once your package is received we will issue a store credit within 5 business days. Parler Mode will notify you by email.
